Jon Pullin, 81, left this earthly home on July 15, 2023 from Arlington, Texas. He was born January 5, 1942 in Three Rivers, Texas to Jesse R. and Nora O. Pullin. Jon was raised in Whitsett, Texas where he attended and graduated from Three Rivers High School and then went to Delmar College in 1964. He married the love of his life Linda Pearl Dunbar in 1962 and the couple had two wonderful children together. Jon was a professional Musician for 10 years; he also worked at Five Star Custom foods for 15 years, and was an Engineer for the last 40 years. In Jon’s spare time he loved fishing, baseball, Sudoku puzzles, and church. His true enjoyment was going to grandkids and great-grandkids sporting events, and time road tripping with Linda where they would go off the beaten path. Going to old Towns and looking at antique buildings and churches. His family and friends will always remember Jon as a prankster and jokester (not mean just fun). Along, with being a jack of all trades, he could fix anything! He was nice, polite, and a real gentleman. He always made sure Linda was safe and taken care of. Jon will be missed dearly.
Jon is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brother and one sister.
Left to cherish his memory; his beloved wife Linda Pullin; sons, Stephen Pullin and wife Tammy, and Jeffrey Pullin; grandchildren, Joshua Wallace and wife Liz, and Michael Pullin; great-grandchildren, Jimmy, Jason, Caleb, and Briley.
