Joyce E. Hines passed away Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at the age of 72. She had been battling the effects from a stroke.
Mrs. Hines was born Sept. 2, 1940, in Fort Worth.
She was the wife of the late Assistant Tarrant County District Attorney Marshall A. Hines; daughter of the late Joe and George Turner; and granddaughter of the late George I. Billingsley.
