Kenneth Dean Lillard

Kenneth Dean Lillard of Las Colinas, TX passed away on November 4, 2023. He was a Foreign Marine Division Designer and Electrical Superintendent at Kellogg Brown and Root, Inc. Also he was a Draftsman at Federal Pacific Electric. He studied Electrical Engineering At Arlington State College. After retirement he became a successful real estate developer in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his first beloved wife of 40 years, Juiling Lillard. He was also preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Ruth Kirkpatrick Lillard, and his father, John A. Lillard.

He was surrounded by his loving wife Icela, his beloved daughters, Rene’ DuBoise, Cheryl Tannehill and her husband Jeff Tannehill, his loving stepsons Gerino Casal and his wife Maribel Unanue, Bernardo Casal and his wife Kristy White, also survived and loved by Guillermo Casal and his wife Priscilla Santos, Raul Casal and his wife Veronica Haro as well as his loving and beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 1pm until 2pm at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Dr., Arlington, TX 76012. Services will begin at 2pm in the South Chapel with burial to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens.
