

Ken was born in Campbell County Virginia to Rison Ben Yeatts and Christine Worsham Yeatts on May 22, 1934 in a log cabin with no running water or electricity.
Ken moved to the Dallas-Ft Worth area in 1963 and began a career in the automobile industry. He was passionate about his career and excelled to General Manager for Bill McDavid dealership and worked in this position until his retirement in 1992. Ken loved his job, but most importantly he loved people. Ken always had a good story to tell or a tip to share, and this brought him much joy. He will truly be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Ken attended the Walnut Street Church of Christ in Texarkana, Texas.
Ken was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Elbert Yeatts of Lynchburg, Virginia.
Ken is survived by his wife of 39 years, Pamela Yeatts, one daughter Renee (Craig) Barnett and three sons Robin Yeatts, Terry Yeatts and Kenny (Angela) Yeatts all who reside in the DFW area. Ken is survived by 5 grandchildren Amber (Carl), Alesia (Gee), Melissa (Victor), Royce Bryant and
Olivia (Anthony), and one great-grandchild Katherine. Ken is also survived by 5 step grandchildren, Amanda, Melissa, Wesley, Brendon and Mitchell. He is survived by one brother, Randy Yeatts of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by brother-in-law and sister-in-law Lee Ray and Linda Hilton of Maud, Texas and sister-in-law Gayle Floyd of New Boston, Texas and numerous adoring nieces and nephews and many relatives.
Services will be held on June 01, 2022 at Moore’s Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis St., Arlington, Texas. Visitation will be at 9:00 am and the service will begin at 10:00 am. A graveside service and interment will follow between 3:00 and 4:00 pm at Ringwood Cemetery, Hwy 8 in New Boston, Texas.
The services will be officiated by Mr. Patrick Cannon of Walnut Street Church of Christ, Texarkana, Texas.
There will be a small reception following the 10:00 A.M. service at Moore’s Funeral Home location in Arlington before departing for the final resting place.
The family asked in lieu of flowers please donate to one of Ken’s favorite charities. Ken loved both Tunnel to Tower and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
