Lawrence Herbert August Kohls, 78, of Arlington, Texas passed away Monday, June 4, 2018. Visitation will be Sunday, June 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas 76012. Services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, June 11 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Weslie Odom officiating. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens.

Lawrence Herbert August Kohls was born December 9, 1939 in Woodstock, Illinois to Herbert Lawrence Kohls and Alice Nelly (Burt) Kohls. He married Mary Catherine (Riebold) Kohls on April 18, 1959. He was a member of Gold Wing Club, Good Samaritan Club, American Legion Hall, as well as Boating and Camping Club. Lawrence enjoyed watching old western shows and was extremely proud to have served our country in the United States Air Force for four years.

Survivors include four children, Terry Kohls and his wife Sandy, Pam Dean and her husband Tom, Doug Kohls, and Karen Pickens and her husband Tim, grandchildren: Shane Lewis, Melissa Anderson and her husband Kevin, Eric Kohls and his wife Donnell, Megan Dean, Preston Dean and his wife April, Chris Pickens, and Catie Pickens, great-grandchildren Brittany Lewis, Brandi Lewis, Cheyne Leigh Lewis, Briana Lawson and Caden Daniel Kohls and step-grandchildren: Brittney, Tyler, Zach, Chelsea, Chris, Ricky and Chad.
