Michael Deen Woods, 56, a loving son and father, passed away Sunday Dec. 28, 2014. Michael was born in Dallas on June 1, 1958. He moved to Arlington in 1960. Michael was confirmed in the Presbyterian Church in 1974. He served in the United States Navy from 1978-1982. Michael graduated from Video Technical Institute, Dallas Texas.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Robert Franklin Woods, Jr. DC; grandparents , Robert Franklin and Vera Vereda Woods; and Avery Levi and Ida Dennie Tullos.
Survivors: Mother; Allie Tullos Woods; children; Amanda Marie and Robert- Michael Andrew Woods; sister, Tenya Woods Tallon; one niece and one nephew.
There will be a time of visitation Sunday Jan. 4, from 5-7pm at Moore Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday Jan. 5 2015 at 12:30pm in the Moore Funeral Home North Chapel. Interment will take place at DFW National Cemetery following services.
