Minnie "Jeanne" Harrison

Minnie "Jeanne" Harrison, age 90, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Jeanne was born on June 8, 1934, in Cisco, Texas. She graduated with honors from Breckenridge High School, in Breckenridge, Texas. Following graduation she spent her career in Bookkeeping.

In Jeanne’s spare time she enjoyed crocheting, cats, crossword puzzles, and her grandchildren. She crocheted numerous baby blankets and lap robes that were donated to the families at Church of the Good Shepherd and Trinity United Methodist Churches. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jeanne was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington.

Jeanne is survived by her children, Richard and Carlotta Harrison of Harrisonville, Missouri, Camille and Walter Norris of Fort Worth, Texas, Bobby Harrison of Weatherford, Texas and David Marc and Amie Harrison of Del City, Oklahoma; one sister, Alvadelle and Tony Keating of Chandler, Texas; and eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Adelle Smith and her daughter, MaTeena Jeanne Harrison Nutter.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jeanne will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Drive Arlington, TX 76012.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington on her behalf.
