Mrs. Mozella Ellis-Bolton was born on August 1, 1961 to the blessed union of Rosie Bell and Mose Ellis, Jr., in Jackson, Mississippi. Mozella attended Wingfield & Murrah High School. Mozella also attended Cosmetology School.
At an early age, Mozella accepted Christ as her Savior and united with Mt. Calvary Christian Center in her home town of Jackson, MS.
Mozella moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1999 and later moved to
Arlington, TX in 2006. Where she departed this life on December 19, 2013. She was preceded in death by her mother Rosie Bell, sister Mandy Ellis, aunt Dorothy McNeal and uncle Dave Curtis.
Mozella leaves to cherish her memories, two children, Carlos (Brenda) Ellis Sr. and Jalisa Bolton of Arlington, TX. Her father Mose Ellis Jr., of Gary, ID; her sisters: Gloria (Greg) McIntyre of Florence, MS; Marie (Jim) Gulley of Clinton, MS and her brother: Leon (Renee) Ellis of Glendale, AZ. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine aunts, five uncles, two nieces, five nephews, one great-niece, one great-nephew, cousins, other relatives and friends.
