Phillip L. Watson, loving husband, father, son, brother and grandfather, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013, surrounded by family. Phillip L. Watson was born Sept. 19, 1946, in San Angelo to Joyce and Edmund Watson. Phil was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Navy and enjoyed running his aircraft component overhaul business that he built from the ground up. He was a kind and loving man to his family, friends and employees, and will be dearly missed.
Phil was preceded in death by his father, Edmund; brother, Brad; and sister, Phyllis Kennedy. Survivors: Loving wife, Patti Watson; brother, D Watson; mother, Joyce Manus; daughters, Shelia D. Watson and Kelly G. Noel; son-in-law, Robert Noel; and grandkids, Hannah, Casey, Austin Noel and Madison McCormick.
Memorial service: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home. Interment: private. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Phil's name to the American Cancer Society.
