Service: 11:15 a.m. Monday, May 9, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 8 at Moore Funeral Home. Friends are invited to share in a time of refreshments and remembrances which will begin at 2:30 in the Moore Reception Hall.
Randall was born Aug. 6, 1955, and grew up in south Arlington. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Randall enjoyed traveling with his parents as a child and with his wife Mary as an adult. When Randall was at play, he was the life of the party. Randall was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Lee Borden, in 2004.
