Rebecca J. Stuard

Rebecca J. Stuard, 72, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on March 21, 2026. Rebecca was gentle, kind-hearted, loyal, and selfless, and her life was marked by a steady devotion to those she loved and served.

Raised in Arlington, Rebecca attended Sam Houston Highschool and graduated in 1971.

Rebecca worked as a secretary at Hope Tutoring center for more than 22 years, a role well-suited to her caring nature and willingness to help others. She was also a devoted member of Church of Good Shephard in Arlington, TX for many years.

In 1972, Rebecca married the love of her life, Jackie Stuard. Together they welcomed two wonderful children and shared 50 beautiful years of marriage before Jackie’s passing.

Rebecca enjoyed watching NASCAR and attending live races, but her true passion was time spent with family—especially her grand babies. Family and friends will remember Rebecca as one of the most caring and compassionate women you could ever meet, someone who would do anything for anyone if possible.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jackie Rufus Stuard; daughter, Candice Stuard Prim; brother, Bill Ring; and parents, Johnie and Jodie Allen. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Jackie D. Stuard and wife Jessica; grandchildren, Joshua Stuard, Kaitlyn Stuard, Hayden Stuard, Noah Stuard; sister, Betty Airheart and husband James; and many more cherished family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012, on April 1, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Moore Funeral Home on April 2, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Committal will follow at Rendon Cemetery, 12220 Rendon Rd, Rendon, TX 76140, on April 2, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
