Reese Marie VanHuisen, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away Thursday, May 31 at her home in Denver from complications of cancer. She was 61. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Carter, and her mother, Patsy Lou Bata. She is survived by husband Roy; son David; daughters Gina and Christie; sisters Sydney and Patsy; brothers John, Riley and Billy; and many grandchildren and close friends. Memorial services are being held at 10 a. m. Saturday June 9 at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington , Texas . She was born December 25, 1950 in Wichita Falls , Texas .
