I was Richard's supervisor at DCMA Arlington back in the late 90s.  Richard was an excellent employee and was a pleasure to be around.  Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.  He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. In my 23 year career of selling direct to the government, Richard was the most helpful of all the QAR'S that I came in contact with. He will truly be missed.

Richard, I will miss you. You were a great co-worker and a good friend.  I enjoyd the time we spent together and it is truly hard to say good bye to some one that I have so much respect and admiration for.

My thought and prayers go out the family.  Richard has been coming to our company for over 15 years.  We consider him more than just a co-worker, he was more like family.  He will truly be missed.

My Dad was the most hard working, honest, and interesting person I've ever known. He would want us all to be strong right now. He will be greatly missed.

Moved here around Dec 2005 and met Richard at CenterPort back then when he rode his motorcyle to the train.  We chatted and exchanged pleasantries from that time on.  I will miss the jolly character.  Always good to see him and sad to see him go.  That retirement wasn't long enough.  I'm a government employee and wished I could retire sooner.  I'm 60 and have had plenty of health problems in the past 2 years.  I exchanged funny e-mails with my jolly friend.  I will miss him.
