Service: Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Arlington.
Robert was born in Elgin, Ill., on July 25, 1931, and moved to Waterloo, Iowa, as a child. He married Rose Marie O'Connor on July 2, 1960.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
Survivors: His wife; sons, Kevin (Romana), Chris (Julie) and Dan (Beth); grandchildren, Megan, Joey, Katie and Lauryn; and many nieces and nephews.
