Mr. Reed was born in Abilene, Texas on May 22, 1952. He was a member of Park Row Church of Christ in Arlington, Texas. Ronnie was a graduate of Cooper High School in Abilene, Texas. Ronnie proudly served his country as a United States Marine. He last worked for LaQuinta Inn and Suites in Irving, Texas.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Johnnie and Maggie Reed; brothers Artie Lee, Johnny Harold, and Quincy Gene. His survivors include his wife Beatrice Reed of Arlington, TX, daughter Miranda Reed, son-in-law William Neal, Sr. and two grandsons JaCoby Bell and William Neal, Jr. all of Arlington, TX, brothers Ernest Reed of Abilene, TX, Cedric Reed of Belleville, IL; sisters Johnnie Mae Phillips of Wichita Falls, TX, Ora Lynn of Abilene, TX, Earma Griffin of San Antonio, TX, and Ann Owens of Titusville, FL, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
