She was born in Colt, Arkansas on April 4, 1940. Sandra graduated from Forrest City High School.
She was married to William Earl Turner of Caldwell, Arkansas on October 18, 1958.
Sandra was a successful real estate agent, furniture reupholster, seamstress, and baker.
She was a member of the Order of the Easter Star and Red Hat Society, and had a passion for sewing, reading, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons; William H. Turner, Russell D. Turner, and Greggory “Scott” Turner, her daughter; Jennifer J. Mosley, her grandchildren; Christopher Turner, Samantha Turner, and William Clark Mosley, her brothers; Harold W. Nicholas and David Nicholas.
She is preceded in death by her husband; William Earl Turner, her father; Harold Fitzsimmons Nicholas, her mother; Edna Mae Gilbert-Nicholas-Munn, and her brother Danny Nicholas.
A memorial gathering to celebrate her life is being planned to be held at her home in Grand Prairie, Texas on April 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
