Susan Ann Johnson , age 44, went home to be with her Lord on Monday Oct. 21, 2013. She was a loving Mother, Daughter, and Sister. Susan was born Feb. 12, 1969 in Arlington, TX to parents Herbert and Sandra Naumann.
FUNERAL: 12:30pm Friday Oct. 25, 2013.
Visitation: 6-8pm Thursday Oct. 24, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Children, Dean and Cole Johnson, Mother Sandra Naumann, and Brother Dan and wife Kim and their children Ben and Matt Naumann: and many loving friends and family members.
