Timothy Connor Smith, 57, passed away Wednesday evening August 22, 2018 in Denton, Texas with loved ones at his side. "Timmy" was born on June 23, 1961 in White Settlement, Texas to parents Russell Keith Smith and Patricia Gillingham Smith.
Despite many physical and mental challenges, Tim made the most of the circumstances. His big smile and laugh were infectious and he was greatly loved by those who had the privilege to have known him. Though limited in his reach and experience in the world, Tim impacted lives and there is no doubt he performed without fail the task and purpose God had designed for him. Tim enjoyed lively music, television and especially his mother's cooking.
Tim is survived by older brother Mark Allen Smith and wife Doana of Garland, Texas, niece Lindsay Alvarez and husband Justin, great-nephew Brayden Alvarez of Garland and a host of extended family,
Visitation will be Monday, August 27, 2018 at 9:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A private graveside service with family and close friends will follow at 10:00 AM at the Moore Cemetery.
