Graveside service: 2 p.m. Saturday in Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Moore Funeral Home.
Virginia was born in Fort Worth on Aug. 20, 1921, and graduated from Diamond Hill High School in the Class of 1939. She will be remembered for spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James, and two children, Karen Owen and Donna Shelton.
Survivors: Son, Kevin Shelton and Joyce Lynn Tower; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
