

Lewiston - Charles D. Baker III, age 31, of Fairlawn Ave. in Lewiston, died unexpectedly on May 17th. He was born in Lewiston on March 25, 1985, one of two children born to Heather Robinson and Charles Baker II. Charlie was educated in Turner schools and graduated from Leavitt Area High School with the class of 2003. Shortly after high school, he went to work for Industrial Roofing and was currently employed with them as a Roofing Mechanic at the time of his passing. Charlie worked for the company for the past twelve years and was currently working with his Dad on the same job crew. Charlie was an avid outdoorsman who greatly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and off-road four-wheeling. He was a fan of the New England Patriots, enjoyed playing XBox and never outgrew his enjoyment of the Ninja Turtles. He enjoyed spending time with his family most of all. He was a loving and hardworking son, brother and fiancé who will be dearly missed. He leaves behind two daughters Jennessa Baker, age 11 and Elyse Baker, age 1 and a half; his Mom and Dad, Heather and Charles Baker of Turner; his sister Autumn Baker of Turner, his fiancée Kayla Rand of Poland; his paternal grandmother Michele Baker of New Haven, CT; Aunts and uncles Michael and Gloria Robinson of Shirley, Steven and Vicky Robinson of Bowdoinham, Marcel and Jean Larochelle of Durham, Brian Robinson of Auburn, several cousins and many good friends and his co-workers and extended family at Industrial Roofing.

A Celebration of Charlie's life will take place on Sat. June 4th at 1 PM at The Fortin Group / AUBURN.
