

MECHANIC FALLS - Gloria J. Bilodeau, 84, of Mechanic Falls died Tuesday, Jan 21 at her residence. She was born in Framingham, Mass. on Feb. 16, 1929, daughter of the late Alfred and Gladys Kilcollins Langley. She was a graduate of Maine Central Institute of Pittsfield in 1950 and was married on May 7, 1954 to Francis R. Bilodeau who predeceased her on Oct. 8, 2001. Prior to her retirement she was employed as a linotype operator at Pine Tree Composition. Gloria enjoyed the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, enjoying crossword puzzles, watching western movies, listening to country music, and beano. She is survived by two sons, Michael L. Bilodeau and wife Jennifer of Mechanic Falls and David F. Bilodeau and wife Mabel of Auburn; six grandchildren, Christopher Bilodeau, Ashley Bilodeau and husband Joseph Silva, Jonathan Bilodeau and wife Elizabeth, Jessariah Bilodeau, Kimberly Freeman and husband Joseph and Victoria Cleary and husband Sean; six great-grandchildren, Jazlo Mulkhey, Andrew Bilodeau, Cole Bilodeau, Phaedra Cleary, Benjamin Bilodeau, and Hailey Bilodeau; two sisters, Ruth Walker of Zephyrhills, Fla. and Marilyn Butler of Bangor; a brother, Phillip Langley of Silver Springs, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Barbara Langley, Anita McCormack, Pat Laney, Dee Madore, Edna Chadbourne, and brother Sonny Langley.
