On Wednesday September 30, 2020 our father, Tony Palacpac, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord at the age of 55. Tony is survived by his wife Jane Palacpac, his children Aurora, Michelle, Mason, Carrington, Anthony, his father Santos Chavez, and 9 grandchildren
Our Dad Tony was born in Delano California on June 17,1965 to Rosa Chavez and Graciano Palacpac. He was the oldest of 6 children. On April 11,1998 our Dad married his life partner and best friend. In 1999 they purchased their first home together in Delano. Our parents went to Valley Faith Fellowship where my father gave his life and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. My dad worked for a few different oil field companies throughout the years, but he had a dream of one day being self employed and giving his family all he could. In January of 2011 he accomplished that goal when he and a few partners started TITAN OILFIELD SERVICES. We then moved to Bakersfield in 2013 to be closer to his business.
Our dad was a devoted father and loving husband. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, golfing, camping and riding his Harley, but most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his family. Nothing made him happier than being at home with his wife, kids and grandkids; spending an evening in the yard with the grill going, kids outside playing or swimming while we all sat and talked and listened to his music that he loved and we couldn't stand.
He was always the hardest worker in the room, a problem solver who always tried to help others in any way he could. My dad will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him, especially his wife and kids. We are grateful our Dad knew exactly how proud we were of him and how much we loved him. We know our father is up in heaven paving the way for his family 'til we’re all together again.
Services for Tony will be held on Thursday October 15, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Edwards Estates located at 16073 CA Hwy 65 in Bakersfield, California.
