Eric Prendez

Eric Prendez August 3, 1982 - September 16, 2010 Eric was born on August 3, 1982. He grew up with four sisters: Melissa, Savannah, Angela, and Ana. He had 2 brothers: Daniel Jr. and Isaac. He loved his siblings very much and after their mother (Angelie) died in 2001, everyone looked up to Eric as a "father figure". He also took it upon himself to set a good example for his younger brothers and sisters. He also had many, many cousins, some of which grew up with him very much like siblings: Salina Perez and Eldra Reese. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for family. In 2002, me met his wife, Mellissa. Eric applied for a job in telecommunications and stayed in that field ever since. The couple were married in 2006 and had their son, Nathaniel in 2008. He loved being a father and was so excited the day he found out he was having a son. In 2006, he found a home with Verizon Wireless and took great pride in his work. He met many good friends that he held close to his heart. Eric had many hobbies over the years including: DJ'ing, paintball, golf, basketball "Go Lakers", and his latest obsession was motorcycles. He loved his R6 and rode the canyons every weekend. He made a lot of new friends this past year. He had such a passion for life. His life was cut short on September 16, 2010 when someone pulled out in front of him while riding his motorcycle. He will never be forgotten. Eric touched so many lives in so many ways. He will be laid to rest on Friday, Sept. 24, 1:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Cemetery. All of his family and friends are welcome while we celebrate his life and say goodbye to a beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Friend.
