Frances married the love of her life, Rudolph Chavez and together they raised their children. Mom learned about Jehovah through her Mom and was baptized February 7, 1959. It became a way of life to tell others about Jehovah.
Frances is survived by her children and their spouses, Rachel and Donald, Michael and Debra, and Steve and Kathy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Margaret and Marta, many nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rudolph, sons Richard and Rudy, siblings Matt, Mike, ruth and Tommy,
Her family was very important to her, and she love them very much. she enjoyed having family get together's and would cook delicious meals and tell great stories about her life. Mom was loving, kind generous, a very hard worker and quite funny. She always made people feel at home whenever they came to visit. We will always cherish our memories of our Mom.

A graveside service will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Hillcrest, located at 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306, United States. The service is scheduled for December 19, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm.
