On the morning of July 6th, Jim left us to go be with God. He goes to join his son, sister, mother and father and many friends. He is survived by his wife, Mei Yi, his two daughters, Stephani Irvine and Erika Weaver and his 3 grandchildren Austin, Mason and Emaya. Jim was a driven businessman. Having been self employed since his 20's, Jim owned rental properties and patient care facilities. Prior to that, he had served in the U.S. Army and had also been an officer with BPD. For most of his life, he was a member of The Lions and The Elks clubs.
He was a hard man to love, but we loved him anyway. His long battle with cancer and all the pain and suffering are finally over.
Rest peacefully daddy.
We love you.
A chapel service will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 10:00am, at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
