In 1983, he married his soulmate, Zoila Martinez, and together they built a family filled with love, joy, and resilience.

Jose was the proud father of Joel Martinez, Sergio Martinez, and Arturo Martinez, and he devoted himself to providing for his children, ensuring they had every opportunity to succeed. His dedication to his family was unmatched, and his role as a father was a source of immense pride. Jose was also a loving grandfather to Tristan A. Martinez, Yarely E. Martinez, Enzo Martinez, Zayven Martinez, and Joel J. Martinez Jr., who brought him great joy and happiness in his later years.
