Born on March 19, 1997, Joshua was known for his loving, thoughtful, and caring nature. He was a beacon of generosity, always ready to give of himself to family, friends, and even strangers. Joshua's immense love and kindness earned him the love and admiration of many, leaving a void in the hearts of those he touched.
Joshua is survived by his grandparents, Marion L. Escandon and David Escandon; his mother, Marion Jeanette Escandon; his aunt, Corina Marie Escandon; his brothers, Justin Gilbert Escandon and Elliott Sandoval; his sister, Mary Martinez; his special cousin, Chelsea Alvarado; and numerous cousins who cherished him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his cousin, Zackarie Alvarado; his aunt, Julia Banuelos; and his great-grandparents, Raymond and Eufemia Escandon.
A graduate of West High School class of 2016, Joshua dedicated his professional life to working at Bolthouse in Bakersfield, CA. Outside of work, he was an avid gamer and loved spending time at the beach, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the ocean.
Joshua's life was marked by his kindness and the profound impact he had on those around him. His memory will forever be cherished and his presence sorely missed.
