

Lucy Earlene Rossi-Noble (Orr), 73 Earlene was born on December 22, 1937, and very peacefully went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2011, in Bakersfield, CA. Earlene grew up in Bakersfield, CA where she graduated from Kern County Union High School in 1955. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rossi, Husband James Noble, Sister Patricia Stamps, her mother Lucy Smith and her Stepmother Roberta Orr , Father Harold Orr, brother Tommy Orr and Grandmother Tina Edmonson. Earlene is survived by her son Tiger Rossi and wife, Robin. Son Joe Rossi and wife, Jeanne. Son Calvin Rossi. Step-Children Raynor Noble and wife, Lisa Ann, and Lisa Butts and husband, Allen. Grandchildren Elisha Cope, Christine Rossi, Gina Rossi, Sarah Mendoza, Kaylene Rossi, Tino Rossi, Duke Rossi, Joey Rossi, Hannah Noble, Kelsey Noble, Tianna Butts, Andrea Butts, and Ashley Butts. Great-grandchildren Remie Alamangos, Joey Mendoza and Payson Cope. Her beloved sister, Mary (Mimi) Kinney- Stephens and husband, Bob. Brother, Bobby Orr and wife, Sue. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Earlene was a very active member of Stockdale Country Club, Links for Life, and in her earlier years she volunteered her time at the Guild House. Her favorite past time was spent watching her children play sports and as time went on she spent many hours watching her grandchildren at sporting events and livestock shows. You could always look in the stands and see Earlene. She was always in her favorite spot and never missed an event. Earlene's second family in life was her Stockdale golf buddies, affectionately known as the "Patio Puppies". hey always seemed to have something for her decorate, cook or plan. Earlene cherished her dinner rituals. She would make her rounds with her buddies; Mexicali, Bill Lee's and Rusty Pizza. And her most favorite of all, Sunday night dinner's at Tiger's house. While we will miss her dearly, she has left us all with such wonderful memories. You can simply ask anyone about Earlene and they will tell you she was quick-witted, humorous, very artistic, and one heck of a Notre Dame Fan. The family would like to thank all of her friends for their support during this most difficult time. We would also like to extend a thank you to the ICU staff at Mercy Hospital and for the wonderful prayer quilt they gave to us. A visitation for Earlene will be held on Thursday, December 15th from 4 - 8 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Mass will be held on Friday, December 16th at 9:00 am at St. Francis Church with graveside services to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ed Kinney, Tino Rossi, Joey Rossi, Duke Rossi, Steve Durrett, Raynor Noble, Kenny Cooper and Louie McNabb. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ron Richardson, Jed Francis, Brian Jones, and Josh Hickle.
