Melva found her way to Bakersfield, California where she met her loving husband, James Cecil. Melva and James enjoyed a lasting relationship and were married for 49 Years. They had three sons: James, Jeff, and Joe. Eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on August 7, 2024, at 0900 hours at Hillcrest Park and Mortuary where we will be celebrating her life and legacy.
