July 17, 1923 – April 22, 2020
Patsy was born in McMinn, TN to Charley and Dora Davis. At the age of seven, her parents moved Patsy and her five siblings, the long trek from Tennessee to Bakersfield, CA, where she grew up and made Bakersfield her home for 89 years.
Patsy was a wonderful wife and homemaker. Meals were made fresh from farm to table, no preservatives or microwave, only a delightful homemade labor of love! Patsy met the love of her life, Frank Snow, and they were married November 18, 1974 after a brief three-month romance. The forever lovebirds walked hand in hand, sat hand in hand, and she could always be seen snuggled right next to him everywhere they went. They cherished every moment together until his passing May 17, 1991. Although she never had children of her own, she had many generations of nieces, nephews, “adopted” children, and special friends along the way.
Patsy was a beautiful woman, with a beautiful spirit! She was deeply loved and loved deeply…she will be deeply missed.
Thank you to all the family and friends that graciously and unselfishly cared for her.
At Patsy’s request (and COVID-19), there will be no Memorial Service.
During this time of COVID-19 pandemic families are unable to have Celebration of Life's for their loved ones. In light of this we can give our condolences and memories online so that families can read your words and feel your love.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.hillcrestmemorial.com for the Snow family.
