Born on March 17, 2025 in Washington, Oklahoma. Velma was beloved by all, with her kind spirit, she had a personality you couldn't help but love. Although she has passed, may her family find comfort in the memories they share. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family who loved her. Velma is laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 9101 Kern Canyon Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93306.
