Harvey is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Henry; his son Daniel Walker; and his daughter Margaret Miller.

A committal service will occur Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:30 AM at Mt View Memorial Park, 37067 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311. A reception to follow will occur Friday, April 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Mead Reception Room, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311.
