A memorial service for James will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Veterans Home of California-Barstow, 100 Veterans Parkway, Barstow, California 92311. Attendance is limited to 10 people in the chapel, and all must be triple vaccinated. Military honors will be rendered in the garden at 11:15am.
