John Dennis Coffey

John Dennis Coffey passed away on June 18th, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on January 25th, 1946, to Roland and Jacqueline Coffey, raised in Chula Vista, California. Later he moved to Barstow, California where he lived for the rest of his life. He was known for believing in the phrase “Tough times never last but tough people do.” He touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

John Dennis Coffey's life was characterized by causing trouble wherever he went. He went to law school and would offer his legal guidance to those who needed it. He will be remembered for his love of Irish green and being a hard-working man. He worked as a substitute teacher for middle and high schoolers. He touched the lives of his students, even if it was for a short time.
