Joseph Margo Lee

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Margo Lee, who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on December 10, 2024, at the age of 71. He was born on February 8, 1953, in Superior, Arizona, to Linda Adams. Joe spent over 30 years working for BNSF Railway and made his home in Barstow, CA.

Those who knew Joe will remember him as a man of few words and deep sighs, but his presence spoke volumes. When he was in the room, you knew it—whether he said a word or not.

Joe is survived by his mother, Linda Adams (David Adams); his daughters, Jennifer Littlefield (Jim Littlefield) and Nadine Lee (Brent Faylor); his sons, Michael Chapman and Jimmy Lee (Monica Lee); and his beloved grandchildren, Kloie, Noah, and Mackenzie.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 15 years, Sylvia Lee; his daughter, Amy Lee; and his three brothers, Bernie, Lonnie, and Mike Lee.

Joe Lee loved his family and friends deeply and will be profoundly missed. May he rest in peace.

A celebration of life for Joseph will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311.
