Katherine Frances Whitecloud

Katherine P. Whitecloud was born in Laguna, NM Sept. 15, 1938 and deceased Aug. 22, 2022 in Barstow, CA. Katherine was involved and contributed to many activities. Katherine was very proud of her heritage, Pueblo from Laguna, NM.

Her children and grandchildren performed the Eagle and Buffalo dance whenever called upon. May 19, 2022 she fulfilled her father's request of graduating from high school. They also honored her by painting a mural of her in downtown Barstow.

Katherine will be greatly missed and remembered. She is survived by her daughters, Valentina M. Garcia from Albuquerque, NM, Ernie R. Whitecloud from Barstow, CA, Rodney A. Garcia from Los Alamitos, Rose Quiles from Barstow, CA, her granchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
