Anne was born in Norwalk, CT, on July 20, 1930. She was the youngest daughter of the late Antonio and Antoinette Moschella Pimbell. She was predeceased by ten brothers and sisters. Anne had no children, but she leaves behind her "west coast family", her great niece, Roxanne Gunzy Norton and her husband, Timothy Norton and their three girls, Caitlin, Allie and Nikki, all of Valley Center, CA. Many nieces and nephews survive her.
Anne attended schools in Norwalk, CT and in Leominster, MA. She moved to Los Angeles to be with her older brother, John, in the early 1950's and enjoyed her career in telecommunications at US Borax for over 25 years, retiring in 1993. The Sun Lakes Country Club community became her final home for the past 10 years. Anne enjoyed sewing, crafts, travel and the occasional casino adventure. She belonged to a number of clubs in the Sun Lakes community, but her favorite was playing cards and spending time with her friends. All her friends and family will miss her and the "Girls" will miss her "damn cookies" and her complaining about making them.
A Christian Memorial Service will be held at the Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223 on Friday, February 1, 2013, at 1:00 PM. All are invited to attend.
