Carol June Olmstead

Carol June Olmstead passed away on August 21, 2015 at the age of 73, in Palm Springs, Ca. She was born on February 25, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. She was a resident of Banning for 10 years and lived in Sun Lakes and before that North Hollywood for 20 years.

Carol touched the lives of everyone whose path she crossed. A vivacious, talented and beautiful woman, she loved her husband Willie, her family, her friends, children and animals. She was an extraordinary hostess, a professional actress, she dressed in the latest fashions, loved music and singing, and had a quick and wonderful sense of humor. Although we all will miss her presence, memories of Carol will be with us forever.

She is survived by her husband Willie, her sons John Saenz of North Hollywood, Ca. and Ralph Saenz (Jocelyn) of Sherman Oaks, Ca. , Stepson John Olmstead (Jennifer) of Norcross, Georgia; sister June Smith of Banning, sister-in-law Marley Brant Bruegger (Dave) of West Cobb, Georgia; 5 grandchildren Megan, Luke, Ralphie, Samantha and Frankie; 4 step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Larson, father Ernst Larson and mother Gertrude Larson.

A Celebration of Life service for Carol will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 2:00pm at First Southern Baptist Church of North Hollywood, 10853 Victory Blvd., North Hollywood, Ca. 91606.
