

Chantel Renee Feazell was a modest woman, quiet and observant in her ways. She was trustworthy and traditional in her approach to her life and in her relationships. She was tough-minded with the kind of “stick to it” attitude that earned the respect of all who knew her. She was also a woman who was meticulous, carefully disciplined, and orderly in virtually everything she undertook. Realistic about life, she was always at the ready, prepared to take on responsibility.
Chantel was born July 9, 1971, in Tacoma, Washington. She was the daughter of Rodger and Melinda Cool. Chantel grew up in Puyallup, Washington.
Chantel had two sisters, Rhonda and Rachel. Chantel was usually involved in all sorts of activities with her siblings. She and her siblings experienced rivalries typical of a growing family, but they shared many life experiences over the years.
As a young girl, Chantel had a number of interests. Like most children, she enjoyed playing and making up games. She was curious about the world around her and was often eager to explore it. Chantel was an active child who took part in skating and dancing. She enjoyed jazz dancing. In her spare time she liked Barbies and Dolls. Chantel's memorable achievements included being on the Honor Roll. However, to Chantel, the most fun to be had was simply playing and spending time with her friends.
A typical teenager, Chantel had a fairly happy high school experience, making that critical transition from adolescence to adulthood. She graduated from Puyallup High School in 1989. She was always on the Honor Roll throughout school.
Chantel enjoyed her college years, which may have been a challenge with all of the academics, responsibilities, and the sudden freedom that accompanied them, but Chantel was able to manage the balancing act. She earned her Associate Degree. She was also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree.
Always considered a “good” friend to those she knew, Chantel enjoyed a broad group of acquaintances and several very close friends during her lifetime. While growing up, some of her best friends were Monique and Bridgette. Chantel thought of every friend as a best friend throughout all of her life.
Chantel and Andrew were married August 1, 1993, in Reno, Nevada. Empathic and loyal, Chantel was committed to making her new family happy.
Chantel was blessed with a daughter, Keira. Chantel worked hard to be a good mother to her daughter and she did her best to fulfill her needs.
Fortunately, Chantel enjoyed what she did for a living. Showing a strong work ethic, Chantel worked diligently and did her best to succeed in her career. Her primary occupation was Pharmacy Technician. She had spent the past 6 years working towards her degree in Pharmacy and for the past two years had worked at Rite Aid. Chantel always sought to be a team player, doing what was necessary in order to get the job done.
Chantel enjoyed her leisure time by taking part in various hobbies. Her favorite pursuits were wine tasting, stamping (making cards), event organizing and hanging out by the pool with friends. She loved entertaining and always wanted to be surrounded by her friends and family.
Chantel found pleasure in sports. In high school, Chantel played volleyball. Recreational sports included bowling (even though breaking 100 was a chore). Chantel enjoyed following her favorite events whenever she had the chance to do so. Tops on her list was baseball.
Chantel was a lover of animals and cherished her pets. Chantel has had a dog throughout her life, picking a favorite would be difficult.
Chantel passed away on July 11, 2010 at Riverside Regional Hospital, Riverside, California. She is survived by her husband, Andy; her daughter, Keira; her father, Rodger (Pam, her stepmother); her mother, Melinda(Arne, her stepfather); Father-in-law, Kenneth (Nancy, stepmother-in-law);mother-in-law, Lydia; sisters, Rhonda and Rachel; brothers-in-law, Jeff and Jarrett and sister-in-law, Kelly. Chantel is also survived by many other family members. Services were held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 16, 2010, at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Ave., Beaumont, CA. Chantel was laid to rest in Beaumont, California and Lakewood, Washington.
Simply stated, Chantel was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by her family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Chantel leaves behind her a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories. Everyone whose life she touched will always remember Chantel Renee Feazell.
