Ivan Topete Lopez

by his parents Maria Lopez and Gildardo Topete, brothers, grandparents, and a long list of

deeply saddened Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and extended family as well as

friends. We are all devastated by this huge loss and he will be forever missed.

From a young age Ivan developed a very strong work ethic driven by his natural desire to help

others. Ivan was blessed with many skills and abilities. However, his humility far surpassed any

skill or ability he possessed. He never sought praise for any of his accomplishments. Instead he

was always eager to learn from others.

Ivan loved to spend his time outdoors, whether at work or spending free time. In this setting his

happy, free spirit was revealed. While he had great love for endless outdoor activities and

hobbies, that love was far exceeded by his love for others. His kind, caring spirit and heart of

gold were shown in both word and action. Always generous and selfless, Ivan could be counted

on to offer a helping hand with a smile on his face whenever someone was in need.

Fun loving, outgoing and full of life, Ivan was a shining light to all who knew him. When you think

of Ivan, celebrate the good memories you have of him. Remember that life is fragile and short

and should be lived to the fullest. Words cannot fully describe the amazing person Ivan was or

express the deep sorrow felt by his loss, but he will forever remain in our hearts until we meet

again.

A visitation for Ivan will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Weaver Mortuary & Crematory, 1177 BEAUMONT AVE, BEAUMONT, CA 92223. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1177 BEAUMONT AVE, BEAUMONT, CA 92223. A graveside service will occur Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at External Service Location, 11251 Desert Lawn Dr, Calimesa, CA 92320.
