Jesus R Amaya Sr., age 69, of Banning, California passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Rancho Mirage. Jesus was born May 10, 1952 to Manuela Amaya and Raul Amaya. Jesus was a resident of Banning for 14 years. He worked for the USDA as a food and safety inspector for 30 years.
Jesus is survived by his wife, Esther D. Amaya of Banning; their daughter Melinda R. Amaya Campa, their son-in-law Adrian R. Campa of Highland, California; their daughter Yvette D. Moreno, their son-in-law Michael A. Moreno of Hesperia, California; their daughter Monnick R. Antilla; their son-in-law Ruben P. Antilla of Banning, California; their son Jesus R. Amaya Jr.; their daughter-in-law Mirella S. Amaya of Beaumont California; 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Jesus was preceded in death by his father Raul Amaya and mother Manuela Amaya.
A visitation for Jesus will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Ave, Beaumont, California 92223, followed by a chapel service from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
