John was born in Fontana, CA on May 28, 1973. He moved to Oregon at the age of two where he resided for the next thirty-four years. He devoted his life to being a caregiver. He worked as a CNA in Oregon and continued his passion caring for family after moving to California in 2008 where he lived until his death.
He will be remembered for many things. Among them, he will be remembered for his many talents. He was great at anything he ever tried. He was a good mechanic (loved working on cars), an amazing cook, an artist and a musician. His first love was music. He enjoyed all forms of music and played several instruments. He was never without a guitar nearby.
John had an excellent sense of humor and could always make people laugh. It brought him joy to make others smile. He was an extremely loyal and generous man who believed in helping others.
Spontinaety encompassed his personality. He had a fun-loving and adventurous spirit. When traveling, John would often go off the beaten path just to see where it led. It wasn't uncommon to start out for a casual Sunday drive and end with visiting a completely different destination than was intended or even in a different state! That was a fun side of John that leaves us with many happy memories.
The most notable traits that John will be remembered for was his courage and strength. He overcame unimaginable struggles in life and did so with dignity and grace. It was a true testament to how deeply he cared for and loved the people around him.
He has touched many lives and is sorely missed by all who knew him. He will be loved, always. His passing darkens this world and brightens the next.
