Joseph Davis

Joe attended Beaumont schools, graduating from Beaumont High School in 1948. He also served in the U.S. Army from 1951 until 1953, during the Korean War. He was a 50 year member of the Fellowship Masonic lodge #668, an active member of Beaumont Presbyterian Church and served on the Beaumont Planning Commission from March 1968 until September 1980 and again in 1997 until present.

Joe is survived by Betty, his loving wife of 59 years; sons, Paul (Joann) and Timothy; 4 granddaughters, 5 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, sisters Melissa (Don) Allen, Gloria (Bill) Mackie and Susie (Tim) Ferguson, brothers, Darryl (Sylvia), Richard (Muriel), Jimmy (Sunny) and Tommy (Janet) as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son, Daniel.

Visitation 8:30am, Saturday, March 9, 2013 with Funeral service at 9:30am, both at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, California. Interment will follow at Stewart Sunnyslope Cemetery, 40 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Beaumont, California.
