Kay Elizabeth Hartzler passed away March 24, 2012, at her home in Cherry Valley, California. She was born Kay Kincaid August 16, 1936, in Loma Linda, California. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Franklin R. Hartzler of Cherry Valley; son, Mark B. Hartzler of Diamond Bar; daughter, Mary F. Hartzler of Yucaipa and grandchildren, Jonathan Venegas, Jack Hartzler and Lindsey Hartzler. Kay was a graduate of Redlands High School (1952) and San Diego State College (1961) and was an art and elementary school teacher. She taught at Chavez Elementary School in Beaumont before her retirement.
Graveside services Thursday, April 5, 2012, at 10:45 AM, at Riverside National Cemetery, staging area #4, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California.
Arrangements were entrusted to Weaver Mortuary, Beaumont, California.
