Lois J. Pocta, age 88, of Calimesa, California passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021. Lois was born November 20, 1932 to Leota and Jessie Rickard in Edison, Nebraska. Lois was a resident of Calimesa for 53 years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crossword puzzles and knitting.
Lois is survived by her husband, Raymond Pocta of Calimesa; her daughter Terri Lacasse of Frazier Park, California; her son Gary Miller & spouse of Beaumont, California; her daughter Kathy Mounce & spouse of Merced, California; and her daughter Cindy Schmidt of Yucaipa, California; her grandson Dimitri Chapparosa, her grandson Kyle Miller, her grandson Gary Miller and her grandson Nicolas Lacasse and 7 great grandchildren.
Lois was preceded in death by her father Jessie Rickard and her mother Leota Rickard both of Lincoln, Nebraska; her sister Donna Zorns of Ontario, CA and her sister Grace Johnson also of Ontario, CA; and her great grandchild Dimitri Chapparosa Jr. of Yucaipa, CA.
