Silvia Maria Dolores Munoz-Gordon

On Halloween in 1972, Silvia was born; she was raised by her mother, Alphonsine, whom everyone knew as "MA" Silvia was the youngest of her seven siblings, but she was also the oldest of three: Pete, Francisca, and Samuel. She spent her childhood on the beaches of L.A., playing at LAX, and playing with her numerous nieces and nephews.

Nine months after Silvia was born, the love of her life, Gary was born. She would always say that God knew she was going to need him, and Silvia would pray every prayer, wish on top of every birthday cake, and wish on flowers for the man who would be her everything. Silvia and Gary spent the last 35 years together; they were just two kids when they fell in love and kept falling harder for each other, day after day.

Silvia's life changed in 1991 when her firstborn and oldest son, Mathew was born. A little less than two years later, her youngest son, Anthony came around in 1993. Thinking she was done having children, seven years later her oldest daughter, Vanessa was born in 2001. Her youngest daughter, Bethany came kicking in 2004. Silvia's two boys and two girls not only look like her but also act like their Mama.

Silvia raised her sister, "Franny", since she was eight years old, and Silvia was blessed to help her raise her son and take on the role of honorary grandma to her nephew, Nathan, in 2009. Silvia got the official role of "Grammy" in 2016 from her granddaughter, Elayna, her gorgeous girl, who came out with her big beautiful eyes. In 2021 Silvia's grandson came, Caleb, her bear-bear, to give her all the huggies and sugars they could muster together.

Silvia loved God and her family with her whole heart.
