Vivian "Pat" Moeller

Pat was born Nov. 2,1936 at home in Ute, Iowa to Paul & Evelyn Flynn and was big sister to

Mike, Cliff, Barb, Richard and Paulette.

Pat played girls basketball for Ute High School. At a game in her senior year she caught the

eye of a young man (Fredric Moeller) in the bleachers, They were married Sept 3, 1955 at St

Mary’s Catholic Church in Ute.

Fred and Pat, moved to Temple City, CA in 1956. Eventually they realized the city life was not

for them. In 1975, after a visit to Cherry Valley, Fred and Pat realized they had found a small

town and a bit of land they could call home. They packed up their 2 daughters, Paula & Julie,

and moved to Appletree Lane .

Pat had various jobs but her career was being a homemaker, at this she was outstanding! She

enjoyed; living at The Lakes, embroidery, ironing, BINGO!, being a mom & grandma and

volunteering in her community. Pat was very active in the St Kateri Catholic Church

Community. She truly loved her time as a member of the Catholic Daughters, Court St Anne.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents; Paul & Evelyn Flynn, her brothers Mike & Cliff and her

husband Fredric “Fred” Moeller. She will be missed daily by her daughters; Paula Christante

(Don) & Julie Barth (Rod), grandchildren; Adam Barth, Jake Barth and Emily Kuntz (Dalton)

Visitation April 22, 2024 Weavers Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Ave, Beaumont CA from 4 to 7

with Rosary starting at 6. Funeral Mass on April 23, 2024 at 11am Celebrated at St Kateri

Tekakwitha Catholic Church at 1234 Palm Ave., Beaumont Ca. Lunch will be served

immediately following the service in the church hall.

Pat will be buried alongside her husband and parents at the St Clair Township Cemetery in Ute

Iowa / St. Mary’s Section.
