Born December 2, 1940 in Charleston, WV; she was the daughter of the late William K. Bailes and the late Macel Burdette Bailes.
Barbara loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Anne King; and her parents, William K. Bailes and Macel Bailes.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 65 years, James Caldwell of Beckley, WV; son, James R. Caldwell, Jr and wife, Annette of Hughston, WV; a daughter, Tamara Richmond and husband, David of Beaver, WV; grandchildren, Tres, Jordan, Brandon, Matthew, Brian, Tyler, Megan, Lydia, and Kalah; great grandchildren, Aiden, Azlyn, Landon, Bailey and Alex.
Services to celebrate the life of Barbara Ann Caldwell will be held 11:00AM Friday, July 7, 2023 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Robert Pauley officiating. Entombment will follow the services at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.
