Brenda Kay Ross

Brenda was the daughter of the late Edward and Louella Wrenn.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Ernie Ross Jr, a son, Eddie Ross, 2 brothers, Howard and David Wrenn, 2 sisters, Carol Carter and Pamela Kidd and 4 Angel grand babies.

Those left to cherish her memories are her 2 daughters, Victoria Ross Deweese of Mullens and Heather Ross Buzminsky & husband Chad of Sophia, 6 grandchildren, Marcus Ross & wife Jessica of Daniels, Kayla Muscari & husband Dr. Evan Muscari of Mullens, Alison Whitten & husband Zach Whitten of Saulsville, Rebekah Deweese of Mullens, Adriana Buzminsky of Sophia, and Ethan Buzminsky of Sophia. 9 great grandchildren, Alayiah Ross, Layton Ross, Atlas Ross, Hudson Ross, Talan Muscari, Blace Muscari, Beau Muscari, Myles Whitten, Everleigh Buzminsky, and a new grandbaby on the way, 1 brother, Larry Wrenn of Amigo, her companion and adventure partner Gary Siers, who brought joy back into her life and kept a smile on her face,and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Brenda was a graduate of Mullens High School in 1967 and she enjoyed going to class luncheons with all her friends. She worked as a phlebotomist for many years and she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Brenda spent her life serving the Lord and worked toward her goal of making Heaven her home. She has finished her race and she has received her reward. Though our hearts are broken, we know that we have the hope that one day we will be reunited in our eternal home. Serving as pallbearers are: Ethan Buzminsky, Chad Buzminsky, Marcus Ross, Bart Houck, Zach Whitten, Dr. Evan Muscari and Kevin Siers.

Service will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home in Prosperity WV on Thursday August 21, 2025. Pastor Jessie Farley and Rev. Vickie Buzminsky will be officiating. Friends may visit at 12pm. Service will begin at 1pm. Brenda will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens following the service.
