Born December 5, 1954 in Oak Hill, WV he was a son of the late William H. Diehl and the late Mary A. Bowles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Cecilia Diehl.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 45 years, Emma June Diehl of Crab Orchard; a son, Gary W. Diehl and wife, Amy of Beckley; three grand-daughters, Caysee Diehl, Saira Diehl, and Ally Diehl; two brothers, Sherman Diehl and wife, Lana of Sophia and Alex Diehl and wife, Sharon of Lanark; several nieces and nephews extended family and friends, and his beloved cat, Monster.
In keeping with his wishes, he will not be having services and will be cremated.
